X-Men Apocalypse was a big sequence at Rising Sun Pictures. I worked in the role of Lead Pipeline TD. During this show I put together a pipeline around Yeti Fur between Maya and Houdini. I also put together an expression based material I/O package complete with GUI and geometric and arbitrary attributes, based around Alembic and PyQt both as standalone GUI and within htoa in Arnold. The material system uses .json string to communicate with a C++ Arnold procedural. It was fully optimised after load testing. Working with polygons, subdivision, curves and NURBs.
